No – we like to have helpers, some of whom can sail, some can drive powerboats, but there are plenty of jobs for those who like to stay on shore.

No – we have a range of disabilities, some people you wouldn’t know anything was wrong, through to others who have limited communication – and often it is they who provide the biggest emotional rewards.
